Our vision is to provide clients with good value, the latest green building practices, and to create sustainable developments for a healthier tomorrow. Coastal Mountain Custom Homes specializes in custom built green residential homes and green renovations.We continuously seek out new ways to improve and innovate our building methods, practices, and products in order to meet the growing demand for environmentally friendly construction. Through the use of recycled and green building materials, passive solar heating, increased insulation, and reduced water usage, we can create a more comfortable eco friendly home for you and your family. We feel it is very important to keep up to date with the latest practices and materials and do so through continuing education courses through the Canadian Home Builders Association. We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction with honesty and integrity.
Practices
We work with our clients to create a realistic and manageable schedule to provide the least invasive build or remodel as possible. Clients are provided with biweekly progress reports and billing to keep a close eye on the budget. We are fully insured, carrying $2,000,000 in liability insurance and full WCB coverage. Communication is important to us and we will return phone calls or emails within 2 business days, guaranteed.
As members of the Canadian Home Builders Association we adhere to their standards and code of ethics.
Written contracts are essential in the building world, to protect the clients and the builders; we provide contracts for all work we do, no matter how small the job. We maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite, with ongoing clean ups, so your project will be clean, professional, and as unobtrusive as possible to your daily life.
